I had a truly amazing experience in the Pamirs with Bakir. He gave us a fixed price for a full 11 day tour with jeep and driver. He took care of everything and although his price was competitive, he put in some nice luxuries such as snickers, coffee, vegetarian food, thermal baths. An experienced guide with his heart in the right place!

Amazing 12-day trip with Bakir through the Pamir Highway. Best experience in my life! Bakir and Aida the driver are truly amazing. Bakir is very knowledgeable and always makes sure that his guests are comfortable throughout the journey. My trip to Tajikistan definitely would not be the same without them. We had so much fun and it feels like a few good friends going for a trip instead of taking the tour. Thank you Bakir for the amazing experience. I miss Tajikistan so much now.

I spent 4 days exploring the Pamirs and loved it. My guide Bakir was very professional and customised an itinerary to suit my needs and timeline. I loved the scenery, meeting the locals and visiting hot springs and fortresses I never knew existed in Kyrgyzstan. It was great that I was able to stop for photos whenever I wanted too and learn about Kyrgyzstan on the way. The food and guesthouses were also of a very high standard. Highly recommend for your trip to Kyrgyzstan.

Cultural tour: I made a 10 days cultural tour through the Pamirs with Bakir and it clearly exceeded my expectations. He gave me an excellent insight into history, local traditions, religious background, present day life of the Pamiri people,...I can highly recommend him - not to forget his excellent driver, Joomart, who managed to safely drive us approx 3000 kms on extremely challenging road conditions. Resumé: if you want to go from A to B, hire a simple driver, if you want a cultural tour book”

I’m grateful to this team, so professional and careful. We spent two weeks together, they brought us from Osh (Kirghizistan) to the south of Tajikistan with 3 cars and hiking with us. They cooked for us, they took care of our health at high altitude. Excellent team. Thanks for everything.

My boyfriend and I took did a 12 day trip from Osh to Dushanbe with Bakir (guide) and Sagyn (driver) and it was an unforgettable experience! The Pamirs are absolutely beautiful — desolate stark landscapes sprinkled with green jailoos/pastures, and you’ll get a good sample of that from just driving, but what made the experience really memorable were the hikes and cultural exchanges with the local people.
